Hi Lilou,

it would be interesting to know:

1) if the mantras “ahhhh” and “ohmm-brzee-namaha” can also be practised quiet inside,as I learned it years ago in an TM-center,as it makes it more practical through out the day?

2) if the mantras could be combined to such as: “ahhhh-brzeee” or “brzee” alone?
