Yoga and raising consciousness – Tam Mitigalle, Sri Lanka

Fellow member of wisdom circle Tam Mitigalle has been on his spiritual pursuit since the age of 5! He is a healer, yoga teacher and therapeutic counsellor. Tam is 80 years old but you couldn’t tell. He too has been involved in education for 25 years.
